Points / frequency: 8 visiting points per month; 2 points deducted for each holiday and weekend visit day (not per visitor); attorney/legal visits don't count against points; holdovers get 4 visiting days/month; unused points don't carry to the next month.

Visiting can be cancelled for lockdowns, weather or count problems. Call the facility the day before you travel.

Dress code

  • No sagging pants; no provocative attire
  • No halter tops/dresses, strapless dresses/tops, wrap skirts, or skirts more than 2 inches above the knee (including slits)
  • No underwire bras; no spandex/yoga pants or overly tight-fitting clothing
  • No sweat suits or wind suits; no plunging necklines, low-cut backs, or exposed midriffs
  • No tank tops, sleeveless shirts, sheer blouses, or clothing with holes/tears
  • No open-toe shoes, flip-flops, or heeled/platform shoes; no hats or hoods (except religious headwear)
  • No khaki, tan, or orange-colored clothing resembling inmate attire; no camouflage

You may bring

  • State-issued REAL ID or government passport
  • Clear change purse or bag, no larger than 6"x6"x3"
  • Up to $25 (no bill over $5); one car valet key
  • Comb/hairbrush; life-maintenance medication (heart, epileptic, etc.)
  • For infants: 2 clear bottles, up to 6 sealed formula packs, up to 4 sealed baby food containers, a sippy cup, plastic spoon, 6 diapers, ointment, 1 small blanket, 1 set of baby clothes

Not allowed

  • Cosmetics of any kind (lipstick, eyeliner, chapstick)
  • Keys other than one car key; pagers, cell phones, recording devices, cameras
  • Magazines, newspapers, books, photographs; baby strollers or carriers
  • Wallets, purses, sunglasses, hats, hair accessories, toys, food/beverages, tobacco, wristwatches

ID requirements
Visitors must present at least one of: a state-issued REAL ID or a government-issued passport.
Children
Children under 16 do not need to be on the approved visiting list but must be accompanied by an approved adult; children 16-17 must be on the visiting list and accompanied by an adult. Only 4 adult visitors may visit at one time (Unit Manager can approve more for special circumstances).
Vending machines
Vending machines are for visitors' use only, to buy snacks for themselves or the inmate; only one visitor with children at a time per vending/microwave area.

Up to $25 (no bill over $5), in a clear change purse/bag no larger than 6"x6"x3"
  • Camp visitors may not exit their vehicle before 7:45 a.m. on any day; doing so revokes that day's visit
